Each author will be provided a space on which to mount their poster; A1 (594 x 841mm) size is recommended. Pins for attaching posters will also be provided, but there will not be access to side-tables or power outlets. NB: Poster sizes larger than the A1 format may not fit the provided boards.

PowerPoint, Publisher or similar software can also be used to produce clear posters, and most universities, as well as copy shops, have poster printing facilities. Please arrange printing your poster beforehand; we will not be able to print your poster.
